The aluminum cylinder kit for Benelli 491 Racing 50 1998-1999 represents a further technical and performance evolution for those looking to enhance their engine’s power. The cylinder is made from a special aluminum alloy, ensuring high rigidity even at extreme temperatures generated during intense use. To maximize reliability, the cylinder bore is coated with a nickel and silicon carbide co-deposit, providing outstanding wear resistance.

The piston, featuring a newly designed geometry, is crafted from materials that retain their mechanical and dimensional properties even at high temperatures. Its lightweight construction minimizes inertia forces, allowing the engine to reach very high RPM.

This kit is completed with a high-finish chromium-coated spheroidal cast iron piston ring and a fully balanced solid-web crankshaft, ensuring the perfect combination of performance and reliability.

Important Note: Before installation, the crankcase must be bored to accommodate the cylinder.
