Refund policy

In the on-line purchases and all other contracts concluded at a distance there is a right of withdrawal for the customer. The customer may cancel your order within ten working days from receipt of the goods (which, according to the State, up to 14 days) If the withdrawal is communicated to the supplier by fax, it must be confirmed within 48 hours after the fax letter.

The return of goods does not automatically lead to a valid right to withdraw from the contract. The cost of delivery of the goods included in the client.

The Omnia Racing Ltd will refund the price paid by the consumer within 30 days of receipt of notice of withdrawal and after you receive the goods intact and in the same condition in which you received the same.

The right of withdrawal is excluded by law in the following cases:

• the purchase or sale of objects or products specially created personally for the consumer;
• for perishables or that change quickly;

Please note: Distance selling and therefore the right of withdrawal applies only to contracts between a trader and a private.

Used or unpackaged items do not enjoy the right of withdrawal, then we would ask customers to make products in the same condition in which they have received, and contact us before returning to get a return authorization number (RMA Return Goods Authorized).
