Refund policy

In the on-line purchases and all other contracts concluded at a distance there is a right of withdrawal for the customer. The customer may cancel your order within ten working days from receipt of the goods (which, according to the State, up to 14 days) If the withdrawal is communicated to the supplier by fax, it must be confirmed within 48 hours after the letter. You are responsible only for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from handling of the goods other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning, as well as for repackaging and all expenses incurred to make the goods resalable in their original condition and not as refurbished products.

The reduction in value will be determined on a case-by-case basis, according to the condition of the returned goods, any use of the product, damage to the packaging, missing components or accessories, and the costs necessary to make the product resalable again. This reduction may be applied indicatively starting from 10% of the value of the goods, up to the full value of the product in cases where the goods are damaged, incomplete, used or no longer resalable.

The right of withdrawal is excluded for the supply of goods made to measure or clearly personalized, pursuant to Article 59 of the Italian Consumer Code.

This includes, by way of example and without limitation, products such as Frentubo, Kineo, BST, OZ, Marchesini, as well as all items manufactured, configured, modified or expressly ordered at the customer’s request, based on technical, aesthetic, dimensional, colour or application-specific requirements indicated at the time of the order.

For these products, as they are non-standard goods or goods not intended for normal stock resale, the right of withdrawal may not be exercised.

The Omnia Racing Ltd will refund the price paid by the consumer within 30 days of receipt of notice of withdrawal and after you receive the goods intact and in the same condition in which you received the same.

The right of withdrawal is excluded by law in the following cases:

• the purchase or sale of objects or products specially created personally for the consumer;
• for perishables or that change quickly;

Please note: Distance selling and therefore the right of withdrawal applies only to contracts between a trader and a private.

Used or unpackaged items do not enjoy the right of withdrawal, then we would ask customers to make products in the same condition in which they have received, and contact us before returning to get a return authorization number (RMA Return Goods Authorized).
