Omnia Racing srl guarantees that the products are new, original and free from any defect.

If you should find a defect, the customer must provide a report it as soon as possible by sending a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt.

We guarantee that the products comply with Italian and European Union (EU) which are applicable where indicated.

All products sold by Omnia Racing LTD are covered by the manufacturer's warranty, customers enjoy the private 24-month warranty for defects, pursuant to Legislative Decree 24/02.
To qualify for the warranty, the Customer must keep the receipt or invoice.

If ever a product we sold non-compliance and then present defects or malfunctions, please call the telephone number +39 0817754329 or via email at [email protected] to assess the problem and possible rapid resolution of the problem to avoid the return of the goods.

For the evaluation of non-compliance can also be resolved prior contact by telephone or email with a technician of the producer.

Guarantee for the goods in the transport costs are free of charge within ten days after delivery. The warranty and return shipping charges, passed ten days after delivery of goods are the responsibility of the customer, while the return will be borne by Omnia Racing srl.

Please note: For private consumer is the person who buys goods for purposes not related to his professional activity, or making a purchase without indicating the order form a reference to VAT, the private consumer benefits from the guarantee of the seller (two years after delivery).

Warning: For professional user defined as those who buy for business purposes, ie VAT, the professional benefits only the manufacturer's standard warranty (1 year from delivery)
