The new aluminum Cylinder kit Aprilia Classic 50 1992-1999 is an evolution of the previous cast iron version. To further enhance its already high performance, the cylinder is made from a special aluminum alloy, ensuring high rigidity even at the extreme temperatures generated during intense use. For maximum reliability, the cylinder bore is coated with a nickel and silicon carbide co-deposit, offering outstanding wear resistance.

The piston, designed with a specific new geometry, is made of materials that retain their mechanical properties and shape even at high temperatures. Its lightweight construction reduces inertia forces, allowing the engine to reach very high RPM.

The kit is completed by a high-finish, chromium-coated spheroidal cast iron piston ring, ensuring an optimal balance between performance and durability.

Warning: Code 9924240 must be installed exclusively with crankshaft 9920410.
