When overhauling the crankshaft it is necessary to replace the oil seals as well as the main bearings that support the crankshaft at high speeds. The Polini kit is complete in every part and perfectly compatible with original spare parts. The bearings are in steel with C4 spiked cage and the oil seals in FKM (Fluorocarbon) with edge in PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) to ensure greater resistance to thermal stress, better performance and a lower coefficient of friction at the same time as lower temperatures. The kit is perfect for stock engines, also suitable for upgraded engines.
