MHR Intake Horns are the icing, strictly red, on top of Malossi kit for T-Max 530. Take a breath.

The motors are designed by humans and, perhaps for this reason, in some way resemble us. Breathing is in fact one of the most important parts of the sport, then back at the correct admission of air inside an engine is one of the fundamental points on which to work.

Malossi has designed from scratch the MHR Intake Horns the pair of horns destined for Yamaha T-Max 530 to ensure the best possible performance when matched to the two-cylinder 560 and the rest of the kit prepared for the scooter of the three tuning forks, fitting perfectly on the throttle bodies standard and maintaining the original airbox.

Machined from a block of fine-CNC, the diameters of the MHR Intake Horns have been designed to make the perfect passage of the fuel, reducing the minimum over any roughness. Through accurate simulations with cutting-edge software, the length was calculated to ensure perfect fluid-dynamic performance and thus increase the pressure at medium and high speeds, the tachometer area over which the bank has detected an increase in the power of two horses.

They are attached to the original air box with a threaded fitting and seal with a sealing o-ring. Simple to install and designed to withstand a life to corrosion and moisture present inside the intake system thanks to the anodizing treatment, once installed the two parts of which they are made will be perfectly radiused, reducing the roughness beyond all limits.

The final touch is the red finish and the Malossi logo laser-engraved, like a signature. Because the eye wants its part!
