CRANKCASE ASSEMBLY FOR PEUGEOT 103 SP (104 - 105) 50 CC

Pair of reinforced engine casings with integrated panel mounting and suction through high-flow valve. Extremely elegant new design, large in size, compact, with light and solid structure. Obtained by pressure casting in special aluminum alloy with high mechanical resistance and machining on high precision numerically controlled machine tools. With this project Malossi has provided a truly universal pair of crankcases, perfectly interchangeable with the original ones, which offers you two possibilities: to obtain an engine with excellent sporting performance using Peugeot parts or to have an authentic Malossi special engine by fitting Malossi parts. The crankcases are equipped with carbon fiber 4-reed valves, PHBG carburetor manifold, variator cover support, gasket bag, fixing screws and everything needed for assembly. The variator casing support is designed to accommodate the end of the original spring in the same point as the original casing.
