The material used for this heat group is a special self-lubricating, wear-resistant cast iron alloy. Obtained by gravity casting. Worked and finished later with CNC machines.

The surfaces have been recalculated and increased for better dissipation, exhaust pipes completely revised to maximize the thermodynamic efficiency.

The Piston is made of special aluminum alloy with high silicon content, machined by CNC machines, lightened and reinforced, the surfaces are larger and to optimize the heat exchange.

The segments are made of cast iron with high mechanical resistance. The head is made of die-cast aluminum alloy. The increased surfaces, machined with numerical control machines by diamond tools. The components are subjected to an antioxidant treatment, the tightness of the compression is delegated to a VIton gasket, hemispherical burst chamber with squish and candle in the center.
