The S&S CYCLE V80 Long-Block engine for Harley Davidson FLSTF 1340 Fat Boy 1990-1999 is a dependable, direct-fit replacement for Harley-Davidson 80” Evolution Big Twin engines (1984–1999) and custom frames from 1970 to 1990 with alternator-style primaries. With stock-height crankcases, this engine bolts into OEM chassis or custom builds without frame modifications.

Its precision-machined cylinder heads allow the use of standard-length intake manifolds, supporting both carbureted and EFI setups (EFI requires separate tuner/module). Equipped with the proven S&S 508 cam, the V80 delivers a smooth torque curve ideal for real-world riding. The Wrinkle Black finish adds a rugged, classic look to any build.
