Termignoni
Termignoni has been synonymous with high-quality quality exhausts for motorcycles since 1969. The company of motorcycle mufflers founded in 1969 by Mr. Luigi Termignoni, TERMIGNONI S.p.A. today it designs and creates exhaust systems for motorcycles aimed at competitive and road use at the highest levels, especially for Ducati and completely Made in Italy. The experience gained in recent years on the racing fields of the world championship and Superbike has been transferred to aftermarket products to always provide high-level performance. The company mission is to develop exhaust systems capable of always giving an increase in performance in terms of power and / or weight. The R&D department that designs and creates the racing systems for MotoGP, Moto2 and SBK is the same that designs the aftermarket systems. Industrial manufacturing with artisanal quality with over 50 employees working in a new and modern structure of about 7,000 meters located in the municipality of Predosa (AL). All TERMIGNONI exhaust systems are made in-house, from the technical design to shipping, with the classic materials used for these types of products such as stainless steel, aluminum, carbon, titanium and Inconel (this last used only for the realization of some racing products). The quality of TERMIGNONI products always offers the best to all customers, from the team engaged in competitions to the everyday motorcyclist. To offer quality products TERMIGNONI uses the latest technologies. MIG and TIG welding, a Dynojet test bench with a ventilation system capable of simulating air speeds close to 300 Km / h, 3D laser cutting with robot manipulator, 2D and 3D CAD drawing systems and 3D profile detector . From the track to the road, the Research & Development department is responsible for creating the prototypes of the racing and aftermarket exhaust systems. On the basis of the technical information received, the Racing Department and the Production Department thus proceed with the processing. the beating heart of TERMIGNONI. Highly specialized staff, obsessive attention to detail, use of the most exclusive materials and the latest technological discoveries.
