Kompe Motard
This monolithic Marchesini forged aluminum wheel designed specifically for SuperMotard motorcycle competitions best expresses the capacity for progress and evolution inherent in Marchesini Wheels. Compared to common spoked motorcycle rims, the M10RR has a number of strengths. The high weight reduction and rolling inertia, both around 15%, significantly improve the handling of the bike when cornering and, thanks to the decrease in the gyroscopic effect, the braking and acceleration distances of the Motards are reduced. Not only that, thanks to the use of tubeless tires it leads to a further decrease in weight and the elimination of the risk of punctures. The increase in flexural and torsional stiffness of the wheel, in the order of 100%, allows for better handling of the bike along the tortuosity typical of SuperMotard routes. With these assumptions it is natural for Marchesini to dominate the Super Motard championships for years
