Malossi V-One rotary valve

The V-One has been designed for those who want a carter that is perfectly replaceable to the original, supplied with all the components necessary for assembly (see above), and which allows maximum interchangeability with the components on the market. The V-One lends itself to being used both for a complete restoration, as it does not require any modification of the vehicle and adapts to all the original Piaggio parts, which for a simple "refreshing" that gives a touch of sparkle to the engine with a 'moderate processing like the one offered by our thermal group Ø 68.5, art. 3116346, which does not require any additional modification.

The bench seats are designed to accept the original crank bearings and oil seals (not supplied). V-One can be mounted with the original Dell'Orto Si 24-24 carburetor, in particular the assembly of the mixer is easy and is made possible by the special support pin, included and supplied already assembled. It is possible to use the original crankshaft or our rotary valve crankshaft with 57mm stroke art. 5316082. Whatever the choice, the power supply has been revised and implemented thanks to our modern CAD systems that have profiled an intake duct in the optimized crankcase.
