The Malossi 5218223 FLY CLUTCH kit for Piaggio mopeds with variator is the perfect solution to improve the performance and life of your vehicle's rear transmission. This complete kit is made up of high quality components, interchangeable with the original transmission and easily adaptable to the original Piaggio system.

The kit includes a 15° Fixed Pulley with a diameter of 102 mm, hardened gas nitrided for a longer life and fixed with an M24 Galvanized nut. The Torque Driver consists of a 15° pulley with a diameter of 102 mm, TIG welded to a specially designed hub with pressed EKU bushing, ensuring excellent running behavior and minimal wear.

The variator contrast spring is made of high carbon content silicon steel and heat treated, oven painted and designed and calculated for each specific application. The Fly Clutch consists of three new clutch masses that use the Fly Malossi system, coupled with Malossi springs, to operate at a predefined optimal RPM attack point.

The fixed hub assembly is the main structural component of the clutch. Its multifunctional elements are designed to tight tolerances to ensure perfect alignment. A primary gear shaft rotates internally in the assembly, supported by two 13x19x12 needle bearings, providing greater rigidity. Two oil seals guarantee a sealed environment for Malossi lubrication.
