The TPR FACTORY internal rotor ignition kit for MINARELLI AM/DERBI engine for Aprilia RS50 1991-1992 is designed for maximum performance and precision in variable ignition timing. Equipped with a digital ECU featuring two preset maps, it uses a Freescale 8-Bit 40 MHz uP, ensuring fast calculations and exceptional stability. The system provides high immunity to interference, making it reliable under extreme conditions.

The ECU integrates a high-voltage coil with 125 °C rated wiring, and a rotor-stator assembly featuring a monolithic high-permeability magnetic circuit. The Ø 58 mm rotor incorporates Neodymium permanent magnets, while IP67-certified wiring and waterproof connectors ensure complete protection from water and external elements. The kit also includes a CNC-machined anodized Anticorodal adapter and a non-magnetic AISI 316 steel inertia mass.

Important Notes:

• Installing this ignition completely disables the vehicle's electrical system.
• Not recommended for use with cast iron cylinders, as the high ignition advance may cause overheating and seizures.
• Default Map: If the ECU is installed without a map selector, it automatically selects Map 1.
• Do not modify or replace any components
• Install only when the engine is cold to avoid damage.
• Avoid exposing the ECU to high-pressure water jets (e.g., power washers).
