A wide range of oils for hydraulic suspension is available either for forks that for mono. For professional use must be a fully synthetic oil with additives that are able to ensure the effective functioning of the suspension. The oil Ohlins has high technical features, and totally reduces resistance to the smoothness of the fork. The technical skills and the rich dose of additives, defoamers allow high dowries, with the result of the consistency and sensitivity adjustments, which remain even after miles of use too burdensome and at any temperature. The number of Ohlins does not correspond to a SAE, the viscosity of Ohlins is measured in cSt, equal to the number of seconds that the oil is able to flow through a calibrated hole. The higher the cSt and the higher the viscosity, the lower the cSt and the lower the viscosity. Ohlins recognizes the oil with an identification number such N.2,5 15Cst, but there is a continuous development of the oil and a consequent change of viscosity and number from year to year, thanks to constant improvements made to the products.
