The Ohlins SD20 universal steering damper with 70 mm stroke is a key element in achieving improved stability, precision, and rider comfort. Part of the Road & Track series, this piston-type steering damper features an enlarged cylinder and piston for tighter tolerances and more efficient operation.

Its unique cylinder-valve design, derived from Ohlins’ racing and EC damper technology, allows for faster adjustments and enhanced responsiveness across both low and high-speed ranges. Unlike needle valves, it uses a series of controlled orifices that balance internal forces for optimal damping performance.
