Zard
Zard is an Italian company that produces exhaust systems for motorcycles of all brands. The production of aftermarket mufflers for the motorcycle industry is characterized by many international brands that produce products of all types, but Zard represents an innovative, personalized and high-design solution thanks to a research and development department capable of realizing real jewels as well as only motorbike terminals that blend in between the myriad of proposals that are always very similar to each other. In fact, thanks to the ingenious ideas and the most modern computer software, and a production supported by the use of presses, 3D lasers, robots, bends electric tubes, automatic calenders, machining centers and test bench, Zard is able to realize wonderful mufflers, from the unique technical characteristics and thanks to the materials used in the processing such as stainless steel, titanium, various alloys of aluminum and carbon, a single life of the parts is assured as well as a remarkable dynamic efficiency, and therefore gain of torque and power of the motor of the bike. Zard is renowned in the sports industry as in the cafè racer, and above all the Ducati, Moto Guzzi, Triumph customers appreciate the Italian brand of motorcycle exhaust systems for their unique creations or for the high temperature resistant ceramic treatment (up to 800 °) available as standard in the colors black, white or cream, or in different colors on request. Zard is also supplier of exhausts for original equipment on Bimota, Morini, Indian, Fantic and collaborates with Ducati research and development. The aftermarket line of products is truly unique, and the company offers a range of homologated or racing mufflers, to satisfy all the motorcyclist customers who love Made in Italy and the mufflers that contribute not only to personalize the bike, but to give the maximum performance.
