VENTILVAR 2000 EXCLUDES ELECTRIC STARTING

It is a fixed half-pulley with diamond processing on the sliding surface of the belt and with a recalculated angle to further increase the shifting range. This element completes the Multivar and makes it unrivaled. Designed for the scooter variator line, it further improves the working condition of the transmission belt. It is not a simple accessory, but a very important part for the life of all transmission components. The temperatures produced inside the crankcases where variators with V-belts work at critical moments are prohibitive and sometimes certain parts, such as transmission belts and variator rollers, suffer irreparable damage. There are cases where the rollers may reach their melting point. In addition to its other advantages, Ventilvar has a superior cooling capacity to the original half-pulley, a result that makes it indispensable for safe and sporty driving.
