VARIATOR MULTIVAR 2000 MHR NEXT 

Multivar MHR Next was born from the desire to renew the transmission system to take full advantage of its exceptional technical characteristics. This new variator, developed from many years of experience acquired on race circuits and from the Cad-Cam technology available today, represents the evolution of previous generations of variators and offers top-level performance results.

The mobile half-pulley is the characterizing component of the entire system and for this reason it is subject to constant evolution. Designed with a larger diameter than the original, it allows to obtain an excursion of the transmission ratio considerably greater than the original pulley. Advanced CAE (Computer-Aided Engineering) systems have allowed our technicians to analyze the movements of the entire system in the vehicle in operation, to further optimize the geometry of the pulley and avoid collisions even in the most critical conditions of use. The new reinforcement ribs, developed to lighten the less critical areas, allow to reduce inertia and consequently to dissipate less energy coming from the engine. For a striking aesthetic result, the MALOSSI and MULTIVAR logos have undergone a diamond coating process.
