MALOSSI 7.1 MHR GREASE: Semi-synthetic grease with very high performance

The new MALOSSI 7.1 MHR GREASE is a semi-synthetic grease with lithium soaps suitable for the most extreme uses or where operating temperatures reach 160°.

It is ideal for the lubrication of variators and torque correctors for scooters, operating under severe load and temperature conditions. In particular, it guarantees perfect and continuous lubrication in the hub-bearing coupling with longer maintenance intervals.

MALOSSI 7.1 MHR GREASE is a very high quality grease, formulated using a combination of mineral and synthetic base oils, thickened with complex lithium soaps and added with a balanced package of antioxidant, anti-rust, anti-wear and E.P. This chemical composition gives the grease superior properties of resistance to oxidation and to thermal and mechanical stresses even in extremely harsh operating conditions.

MALOSSI 7.1 MHR GREASE is recommended to satisfy the following specifications: ISO 6743-9 L-XCCEB 2/1, DIN 51502 KP 2/1 P –30.

Among the advantages of this grease are excellent water repellency and stability against the action of water, a very high dropping point and exceptional pumpability. Furthermore, the use of MALOSSI 7.1 MHR GREASE allows for longer relubrication intervals, which translates into greater operating economy. The grease also offers very valid anti-corrosion protection characteristics of the lubricated parts.
