Kineo
KINEO wheels are available for a wide range of motorcycles. RIM: The rims are made from a blank constructed using a new process that allows the use of a class 7000 aluminum alloy with exceptional characteristics. The final stage involves finishing machining on CNC machines. The rims are absolutely without through holes, and the assembly of the spokes and nipples leads to an automatic alignment of the same components with respect to the rims; a natural balance is thus obtained simply by tightening the components on the rims. SPOKES: The spokes are made of high strength steel; 28 units for the front wheel and 32 units for the rear, and are perfectly straight so as to distribute loads in an ideal way. The tightening is done by operating from the hub with a normal Torx wrench. Any replacement of one or more spokes is very easy and is done without removing the wheel from the bike and the tire from the rim. NIPPLES: The geometry of the nipples represents the main innovation of the Kineo tubless wheel. These elements are mounted on the rim in a position parallel to the wheel axis, without the need to provide through holes on the rim. The various colors available allow you to customize the wheel to match the color of the bike. HUB: The hubs are obtained from a forged aluminum alloy of class 7000. The forged blank has a geometry very close to that of the finished piece and this allows to better distribute the fibers of the material, ensuring excellent resistance to stress . The final stage involves finishing machining on CNC machines.
