Received in November 2018, and I am still trying to work out the upmap at my local Ducati dealer. After 3 weeks, they are still unable to deliver the upmap to my local dealer. I’ve request for an RMA but they seem to ignore me.

Before buying I checked that upmap key will be given to me. Now I cannot get upmap when I install in local dealer. Let’s see how Omnia can help me solve this issue.
