l'AIM MXG 1.2 is a dash logger equipped with a large compact 7 inch TFT high contrast display, natural heir of the MXG model, designed to acquire and display data from the electronic control unit for motorcycles and cars. Equipped with a fully integrated high-precision accelerometer and gyroscope, a GPS module is also included in the kit. The MXG 1.2 is expandable with 8 additional modules (Available separately) and is also available in the ROAD version, ideal for "on the road" use.

Fully configurable pages

The information is easily accessible thanks to the use of page technology, it is possible to create and scroll through the appropriate buttons.

Large high contrast display

The large TFT color display with high contrast allows an always impeccable reading of data and information, the display is also equipped with a light sensor that adjusts the brightness according to the ambient light, making data consultation always clear and immediate in any light condition.

Configurable alarm signals

It is possible to configure 8 alarm signals by deciding the switching priority, the color, and also the flashing, defining the frequency or leaving the light on steady. It is also possible to associate a message to be displayed on the display corresponding to the relative light. The 8 RGB LEDs are individually configurable by the user, giving the possibility to decide color and mode for each gear change.

Expandability at the highest level

MXG 1.2 has two digital outputs, manageable separately. They can be used independently on analogue, digital or CAN inputs. It is possible through these to manage external systems, such as activating or deactivating cooling fans or circulation pumps depending on the occurrence or utility. The MXG 1.2 allows the sending of messages to a CAN line allowing the expansion of the vehicle's control range. Equipped with 2 analogue inputs for mounting special cameras so as to be able to transform the large display into a functional rear view camera. 

Through the CAN bus, the MXG 1.2 is expandable with 8 additional modules to maximize your driving experience and adapt to new needs that have arisen:

GPS08 Module

• Thanks to this module it is possible through the interface of the supplied software Race studio 3 to download and analyze the lap data to intervene on the engine set-up while improving one's driving technique.

Channel Expansion

• Allows you to add 4 analogue 0-5 Volt channels.

TC Hub

• Allows you to add 4 K thermocouples.

LCU-One CAN

• LCU Wide band lambda controller, equipped with a probe: transmits all information on the Air/Gasoline ratio, lambda probe value and exhaust gas temperature allowing engine tuning.

SmartyCam HD cameras

• The on-board cameras that read the data from the system and automatically superimpose them on the video for an even more precise reading.

Memory Module

• It is a support for SD cards useful for recording data from the AIM logger during track sessions.

Race Studio 3,  the perfect software for your AIM

With the Race studio 3 it is possible:

• Create, modify, delete, import and export configurations with all channels, the drivers of the control unit, the mathematical channels, the display pages, the digital outputs, the alarms, the shift lights and all the desired expansions. It is also possible to manage the maps of all your favorite circuits and compare two laps on the same track by watching the videos recorded by the SmartyCam HD and GP HD cameras.
