Sprint Filter Race
Sprint Filter produces motorcycle air filters using innovative and technologically advanced materials such as polyester, taking care of every part of the production process, from the CAD project to the creation of the finished filter using molds created by computerized numerical control (CNC) machines. This Sprint Filter Race line is named by Omnia Racing because it differs from the classic high-performance motorcycle and scooter air filters of the Sprint Filter itself, as they are special filters built for teams and intended for international competitions. Sprint FIlter manufactures its filters using the best materials such as aluminum, steel, polyurethane, carbon and Kevlar. The innovative P16 filter and the P08F1-85 polyester filter differs from the classic cotton filters and also from the polyester filters, being high-tech filters intended only for racing and competitions. The SprintFilter P16 filter allows a greater flow of air, guaranteeing a passage of about 10000 liters / m2, a value unattainable by any other filtering material, combined with excellent filtering power while maintaining great simplicity of maintenance. The P08 F1 85 filter is developed and used by the most important Official teams in MotoGP and SBK, it allows to have the highest permeability existing for any air filter on the market (it allows an impressive air passage of 15000 l./m2sec), ensuring a 85 micron filtering power which makes it even more exclusive. All these features make the P08F1?85 a filter particularly suitable for competitions, but the special Sprint Filter technology makes it usable even on the most sophisticated super sports cars of the latest generation 600 and 1000 which in most cases do not require adjustment of the carburetion through special mappings of the control unit or additional control units. Their use, however, allows you to take advantage of 100% of the potential of this technological jewel. The delivery times for this product line may be long, so it is important to inquire when ordering. The filters in this line fit into the original airbox / filter boxes.
