Sprint Filter

Sprint Filter has been producing air filters for motorcycles and scooters for over 50 years. using innovative and technologically advanced materials, taking care of every part of the production process, from the CAD drawing to the realization of the finished product using molds created by computerized numerical control (CNC) machines. Sprint Filter manufactures its air filters using the best materials such as aluminum, steel, polyurethane, carbon and Kevlar. The innovative P08 polyester filter differs from the classic cotton filters allowing a greater air flow combined with excellent filtering power while maintaining great ease of maintenance. Sprint Filter P08 is the filter that offers the best performance on every bike. Results on the test bench testify that it is the best solution to get the right amount of air constantly. This result is obtained thanks to the optimization of the surfaces of each air filter that Sprint Filter operates on each original air box. The result is the maximum obtainable surface: more air, more power, more filtration for the motorbike engine. The passage of air compared to a standard filter is higher, thanks to 2 fundamental factors: the filtering material consists of a polyester structure and higher edges of the same filter. The total absence of oil on the filtering material allows a greater entry of air on the same surface. All this leads to a 25% increase in air flow. In just 2 minutes, thanks to its almost indestructible structure, the P08 air filter can be washed with any detergent, blown with compressed air and reassembled immediately. The range is completed by the other types of high performance air filters. There is no need to purchase a separate kit for washing and re-oiling.
