It is a fixed half-pulley with diamond processing on the sliding surface of the belt and with a recalculated angle to further increase the shifting range. This element completes the Multivar and makes it unmatched. Designed for the line of scooter variators, it further improves the working condition of the transmission belt. It is not a simple accessory, but a very important part for the life of all the transmission components. The temperatures that are produced inside the crankcases where the variators with V-belts work at critical moments are prohibitive and sometimes certain parts, such as transmission belts and variator rollers, suffer irreparable damage. There are cases where the rollers could reach the melting point. Besides the other advantages, Ventilvar has a higher cooling capacity than the original half-pulley, a result that makes it indispensable for safe and sporty driving.
