Mapping was not linked. I have already provided VIN number upon purchase. I have installed the bike in the ducati dealership just to get shocked that there is no mapping linked to my motorcycle VIN number.Its the weekend in Italy and no one replies to my calls or emails. Have to wait till Monday for them to reply and link the mapping to my exhaust. 3 days delay an thats not acceptable. I hope this message improves the way you deal your business with your customers.
