SHIPPING COSTS

The weight of a shipment is calculated in two ways, through the volume weight or through the actual weight of the object. The actual weight corresponds to the actual weight in kg of the product shipped. The volume weight considers the actual bulk of the box and is applied for bulky products. It is possible in any case to know the shipping costs of your order simply adding them to the cart and selecting the country later, automatically the site will calculate the exact amount for shipping.

Weight Volume/Real weight

The differences in the tariff between volume weight and actual weight occur according to the order placed. For a product of small size, a shipment will be made calculating only the actual weight in Kg. For products with bulky dimensions or for orders containing more of a product a shipment will be carried out in bulky packaging, considering also the material used to protect the goods which increases its volume.

SHIPPING TIMES FOR PRODUCTS AVAILABLE

For products immediately available, delivery times in Europe are generally between 3 and 5 days from the time of collection of the goods by the courier at our warehouses.

SHIPPING TIMES FOR PRODUCTS NOT AVAILABLE

For products not available in our warehouses at the time of the courier must be added those of delivery by the manufacturer, in these cases it is always better to check by contacting us by mail or phone.

SHIPPING TIMES FOR CUMULATIVE PURCHASES

If you place an order made up of several items, this will be sent at the time of availability of all ordered products. In case of urgencies it will be possible to make several separate shipments based on the availability of the products for each of which the cost of the single shipment will be weighed.
